This is the regular version of the “Rennes In Blood” 7 inch by Stormcore. It has a cover of the famous Slayer song “Raining Blood”. As it’s Stormcore who a covering is you can expect it to become more brutal and heavy. Voice is great on it too, I think.
It’s actually a live recording from December 1996. And it starts with the song “Stormbringer” that slowly but steadily merges with the song “Rennes In Blood”. The b-side has the song “Down In Flames” that ends with an ambient and atmospheric outro.
Great work and my introduction to the band way back in late nineties. There is also a limited second version on red vinyl:
