90’s Hardcore Punk online information centre
Since 2009 we are bringing you the best of our research. Research done in several fields like H8000 Hardcore, Nineties Hardcore, personal interviews and various records. Elaborated with texts, photos, videos and audio samples.

We were the first to start publishing the history of the H8000 Hardcore scene. And we did it online through this website.

Besides our local scene, other cities and countries are documented as well. Find history about the scenes in the USA, France, The Netherlands, Italy and more as well.

Find interviews and Q&A with people from various scenes. Like Josh Fury of Congress, Hans Liar, Agus, Tim Rule and more.

Records are the best source for Hardcore Punk music, lyrics and photos. So this is why we collect and review them.
“Hardcore Punk deserves to be documented. And we are building a trustworthy database that people can rely on for decades to come…“

Tim Rule (🇩🇪)
“RWHAF, the place for cool write-ups, reviews, and histories about many essential hardcore releases. Metallic-Hardcore, 90’s Metalcore, H8000 sounds, and everything in between, nostalgic and collectible!”
Agus Suryanto (🇮🇩)

Probably because these 7″s needed to be “imported” from Europe – it is actually Demons Run Amok from Germany who pressed these -there was a time when these 7″s were totally hot on ebay. They were, and probably to some extent still are very rare in the USA, hence the prices paid for every color.…

For several years now there is in Belgium an amazing band called AmenRa. The style they play is described as ‘sludge’ or ‘doom’ or ‘trance’, indefinable actually. They did several legendary shows on different locations including theatres. They already toured the United States but what many readers probably aren’t aware of is the fact that…

Limited Pressing is an American based project created to support the DIY movement of Hardcore and Punk. They offer fairly priced stores for bands, labels, distros, and show organizers. In addition to stores, there’s also a ton of other interesting sections to the site. What differs this project from imitators is that it makes trading…

The label was founded in 1990 and released some New York Hardcore during the nineties. Very underground label with records that have become very hard to find, especially those I will show and discuss here. The first one is the District 9 7 inch, released in 1995 and called “Schoolahardknox”. It exists on three colors;…
